  AfriQ will conduct a thorough evaluation of the peering request, considering the criteria mentioned in Section 3. This evaluation may involve technical assessments and capacity planning discussions.

• Mutual Agreement:

  If both parties find alignment in terms of technical and business considerations, a mutual peering agreement will be drafted, detailing the terms, conditions, and expectations of the peering relationship.
