How long will the activation process take?
Your AfriQ Fibre will be set up within 72 hours after payment is received.
What do i need to access the service?
You will be issued with a Wi-Fi username and password which you can then use to connect to AfriQ Fibre internet. You can use the same details to connect to your Wi-Fi compatible devices.
Are there installation charges for the service?
AfriQ fibre installation is free but we have a service activation fee is kes 3,000.

How do I pay for the service?
All our payments are done via Mpesa Paybill 734535. You will be assigned an Account Number with a “AFRIQ” Prefix ie: AfriQ117
Below is the procedure to LIPA NA MPESA
1. Go to M-PESA Menu
2. Select Lipa na M-PESA
3. Select PAYBILL
4. Enter Business Number: 734535
5. Enter Account Number: ie AFRIQ117
6. Enter amount ie 4,025
7. Enter PIN and confirm transaction
8. You will receive a transaction confirmation message from M-Pesa
9. The payment will be credited into your Account automatically.
